Tree Pros, LLC (“Tree Pros”, “we”) is a tree service based in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, call or text 248-672-8058.

What we collect and why

When you request an estimate

The form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, the service you need, and a short description of the job. We use that information for one purpose: to look at your trees, give you an estimate, and schedule the work. Each submission is emailed to us and stored in this website’s database so we have a record if the email is lost.

When you call or text

If you call or text 248-672-8058, your number and what you tell us stay on Rob’s business phone so we can call you back and keep track of the job. We do not add you to a marketing list.

When you simply visit

Like every website, our server records the pages you load, your IP address, browser type, and the time of the visit in standard server logs, which the hosting company keeps for security and troubleshooting. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook tracking, or advertising pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies WordPress and its security plugin need to work, such as remembering that a form was submitted or protecting the login page. None of them track you across other websites. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Videos, maps and outside links

Some pages embed videos from Rob’s YouTube channel. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play; once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies. Links to our Google Business Profile, Facebook page, Better Business Bureau profile, and the International Society of Arboriculture take you to those companies’ sites, each with its own policy.

Who sees your information

Rob Burgund and the Tree Pros crew who need it to do your job. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and job records are kept while you are a customer and for as long as we need them for insurance, legal, or tax purposes, which is generally up to seven years. Ask and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you and we will send you a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Tell us not to contact you again and we will stop.

Call or text 248-672-8058. We answer these requests ourselves, usually within a few business days.

Children

Our services are for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the login is protected, and form data is only accessible to the people named above. No system is perfect, and if we ever learn that your information has been exposed we will tell you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
